 Drink a lot of Water

A sports or energy drink, fruit smoothie, or light beer, each contains about 100 calories. Yet these beverages don't satisfy you the way 100 calories of food does, so they're a waste. Other liquids may be high in sodium and carbohydrates, which trick your body into retaining water, puffing you out.

Water, on the other hand, has zero calories and carbs and little to no sodium, making it the perfect slim-down drink. And, strangely, it actually helps flush out excess water weight as well as jumpstart your metabolism.

For appetizer you can add lemon wedges or mint leaves

No Junk Food

To help weight loss, the best thing you can do for your belly is to give up processed foods. Food Nutrition Research found that our bodies burn only 50 percent as many calories digesting processed foods as they do real foods. So it’s like eating twice as much, even if the calories are the same.

Focus on Quality instead of Calories

Focusing on the quality of the foods you eat and not the calories. High quality diet options are natural, whole, minimally processed foods, like vegetables, fruits, nuts or seeds that offer a lot more nutritional value in the form of vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and fiber. These foods help tame hunger naturally and nourish our cells at the deepest level so that we aren’t left with constant cravings.

Eat Foods with Protein

Protein is the most important nutrient when it comes to weight loss.

High protein diet has shown to boost metabolism by 80 to 100 calories per day, while helping you feel so satiated that you eat up to 441 fewer calories per day

One study also showed that protein at 25% of calories reduced obsessive thoughts about food by 60%, while reducing the desire for late night snacking in half

By adding protein to your diet without restricting anything is one of the easiest, most effective and most delicious ways of how to lose weight fast.

Do Squats and Sit-Ups

Bodybuilders use this technique before competitions, because it adds definition to muscle. Do three sets of 12 of each exercise to tighten your abs, butt, and legs temporarily.

Sprint

High intensity sprints are my #1 go-to exercise to burn fat. It keeps the heart rate elevated and puts your body into what’s called an oxygen debt. This allows you to burn fat hours after.
